TASTING NOTES
Intense, deep red. Elegant, with hints of mature red fruit, especially cherries and marasca cherries. Spicy hints and a finale of chocolate and liquorice. A wine with remarkable structure and elegance, with the right balance between the tannins and the softness from the concentration of glycerine.
Especially recommended with rich meat dishes, braised or stewed (for example, the tradition braising in Armarone or horsemeat Pastisada. Also perfect with all mature cheeses.
