  4. Our operating hours are:

    • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

    All inquiries will be responded to during operating hours, and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

  5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
  6. All orders matter to us! We have no minimum order requirement.

  2. Our products are 100% genuine that is directly from certified importers.

  3. Why is the images on the product pages different with what I receive?
  4. The product images are for reference only and may differ from the actual item due to packaging updates/season packing by the manufacturer. The product received may not exactly match the image displayed on our website. However, the content and quality of the product will remain the same.   4. Delivery follows our courier provider’s schedule, which operates from Monday to Friday only.

  8. In these cases, the opened bottle must be returned to the Company within three (3) business days from the date of receipt. Upon receiving such notification, the Company has seven (7) business days or more to inspect and, if necessary, replace the defective wine or provide a refund, at the Company’s discretion. To facilitate the process, customers should provide relevant proof, such as photos or video recordings.
