1. 2.1 Age Restriction

The sale of alcoholic beverages in Malaysia is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. It is illegal for underage individuals to purchase alcohol, and providing false information to circumvent this restriction is strictly prohibited.
Our delivery team reserves the right to request a valid ID for age verification upon delivery. If the recipient is under 21, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. 2.2 Non-Sale of Alcohol to Malaysian Muslims

Under Section 19(1) and Section 19(2) of the Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, Malaysian Muslims are prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcohol.
In compliance with these regulations, we do not sell alcoholic products to Malaysian Muslims. Our delivery team may request ID verification, and if the recipient is identified as a Malaysian Muslim, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by MH Wine and Spirit Sdn Bhd. In the event of product unavailability or pricing errors, we will contact you to offer alternatives or arrange a refund.
Full payment is required before order processing, and ownership of goods remains with MH Wine and Spirit Sdn Bhd until payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any sale at our discretion

Free delivery in Johor Bahru

• For orders RM300 and above.
• RM10 delivery fee for orders below RM300

Free delivery to other States in West Malaysia

• For orders RM600 and above
• RM30 delivery fee for orders below RM600

1. 5.1 General Policy
• All good are strictly not returnable unless under a reasonable circumstances (product purchased not match with your order) that is to be review under specific situation
• Discounted items are finals sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Orders are non-cancellable after confirmation
2. 5.2 Damaged / Incorrect Items

Customers are adviced to inspect their orders upon delivery and refuse any items that are incorrect, damaged, or expired.
Once an item is accepted, no futher claims will be entertained

3. 5.3 Refund

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you purchased a product at the (site) but our store unable to fulfil your order requirement(it happens sometimes due to we have an existing offline sales channel),we will inform you personally & initiate a refund via original method of payment.

4. 5.4 Shipping Fee

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product descriptions, such as tasting notes and alcohol by volume (ABV%), may vary depending on the vintage and expert evaluations.
Additionally, product images are for reference only and may differ from the actual item due to packaging updates/season packing by the manufacturer. The product received may not exactly match the image displayed.

2. 6.2 Stock Levels & Bulk Orders
• Bulk Orders (6+ Bottles): To avoid stock shortages, please confirm availability with us before making payment.
• Single Orders: Occasionally, products may go out of stock without prior notice. If an item is unavailable, our sales team will contact you to discuss alternatives, provide an estimated restock date, or issue a full refund.
3. 6.3 Stock Levels & Bulk Orders

Each wine vintage and alcohol content may vary due to batch differences and can change without prior notice. Please feel free to contact us if you require a specific vintage before placing your order.

We strive to display correct prices, but errors may occur. If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide an option to repurchase at the correct price.

• Promotional prices and deals are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Errors in promotions or product listings may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MH Wine and Spirit Sdn Bhd, its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the use of this website or its products. We are not liable for any misuse of alcohol or consequences arising from its consumption.

This Agreement and its enforcement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. By using the website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and administrative tribunals located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, for any disputes arising from or related to the use of the website and these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are severable. If any provision is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will still be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Such a determination will not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any incorporated or referenced provisions, represent the complete and exclusive agreement between us regarding the subject matter.
