Description
TASTING NOTES
Colour: It has a not too marked straw colour, crossed by slight more greenish hints evident in the rim. Aroma: The nose is crisp, marked by floral and fruity touches, which interact on the finish with nuances of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is light-bodied, drinkable and fresh,
characterised by a very harmonious sip. A wine that we recommend uncorking now, either at aperitif time, in combination with classic salmon cakes, or throughout a meal, with first and second courses based on fish and shellfish.
